We, here at JCRC, go with the classic definition, that is, "Leaders do the right thing and managers do things right." And so, we are on the pathway towards this. Our goal is to groom our students, refine them with exact knowledge. Management includes planning, organizing, motivating and controlling.. Management functional skills also include supervisory and leadership skills. We work on the strategy to bring out the hidden talent in a person, motivating and guiding them at various levels. To overcome the hurdles they find in the pathways that lead to success and fame , our curriculum is designed in such a way that facilitates not only management skills but interpersonal and communication tactics which include, speaking , writing, listening and presenting. The students will develop the little things that could make a huge difference to your life and career. The course is open for students from any stream i.e. science, arts, commerce, etc.

Eligibility: Candidates from any stream, i.e. science, arts or commerce can opt for this course with a minimum of 50% marks.

The second course which we cater to is Computers. Our world is ‘shrunk’ with Computers and Telecommunication. And to go with hand in hand with this super fast pace of changing technology world we have the course which invites all the young aspirants to enter this field. An elaborate laboratory with free internet facility is here at JCRC. EvAery parameter and dimension of the power of computer is worked upon, so that our students get exact knowledge. New additions are made into the syllabus as the IT is a rapidly changing industry. We touch upon all the domains of computers. Needless to say, that JCRC imparts training to students who can accept challenges of this changing IT world.
