HOSTEL
Hostel facility is separately provided to the girls and boys. The hostel has both air- conditioned and air-cooled rooms with all the basic amenities. Above all it provides a disciplined learning environment. All efforts are being made to ensure a homely and healthy atmosphere.

LABORATORIES
We have well equipped following laboratories having all the modern technical devices, instruments and machines:-

(1) Pharmaceutics-I Laboratory:-
Pharmaceutics encompasses an understanding of basic physical chemistry necessary for the efficient design of dosage forms.

(2) Pharmaceutics-II (Dispensing) Laboratory:-
The students are trained to manufacture medicines/ medicinal preparation/s of different dosage forms. The excellent pharmaceutical preparations prepared by the students are preserved.

(3) Pharmaceutical Chemistry Laboratory:-
The pharmaceutical chemistry laboratory is to understand the identification, separation and purity of the chemical substances which are used as pharmaceutical aids and constituents of medicines.

(4) Analytical Chemistry Laboratory:-
The analytical chemistry laboratory is to understand the chemical aspects of drug molecules, starting from the identification of drug whether it is inorganic or organic in origin to drug design of drugs.

(5) Bio-chemistry and Clinical Pathology Laboratory:-
The importance of laboratory investigations in diagnostic and prognostic studies and thus patient care cannot be underestimated.

(6) Hospital and Clinical Pharmacy Laboratory: -
Modern medicine is rapidly advancing and laboratory research work has provided a perfect backdrop to the process. Laboratory tests and investigations have become the mainstay of today’s clinical practice so much so that the emphasis seems to be shifting from the study of patients to the study of investigative data.

(7) Pharmacology Laboratory:-
This laboratory is well equipped to determine pharmacological activities of drugs. A highly sophisticated animal house supplies the animals for this laboratory. Adequate arrangements to provide well ventilated space for these animals have been organized. (The animals include rabbits, mice, rats, guinea pigs, frogs etc. which are legally allowed for experiments by the Government of India).

(8) Human Anatomy & Physiology Laboratory:-
In human anatomy and physiology various clinical and pathological experiments performed like Hemoglobin estimation, B.P. determination, R.B.C and W.B.C. count etc.

(9) Pharmaceutical Chemistry (Synthetic) Laboratory:-
The pharmaceutical chemistry (synthesis) laboratory is to understand the steps, chemicals requirements & conditions and environment for the synthesis of drugs.

(10) Pharmacognosy Laboratory:-
In Pharmacy, the only need to acquaint the students regarding identity of the drugs is to show them only a few salient features by which they can easily identify the drugs. There is a greater need of imparting instructions to Pharmacy students with regard to the biologically active chemical constituents present in the drugs and their uses in the modern medicines.

(11) Industrial Pharmacy Laboratory:-
This laboratory is well equipped with the machines and instruments which are used in the industries for the manufacturing & evaluation of different formulation of the drugs as tablets rotary machine, coating pans, capsule filling machine, collapsible tube filling machine, ampoule filling machine, Ball mill, disintegrator, dissolution test apparatus etc.

(12) Computer Laboratory:-
We have latest systems and equipped with Pharma software. The laboratory has internet connectivity so that on going researches in the field of pharmacy and medicine could be made accessible.

MUSEUM
A museum is maintained for the exclusive display of crude drugs, herbarium sheets, and botanical specimens of drugs, charts, models, and various plants to make students aware about rare species of crude drugs.

LIBRARY

The Marwar Pharmacy College (MPC) has rich library. The library has a wide range of text and reference books. The library has subscription of various National and a few International journals. The library is accessible to all pharmacy professionals from the state and provides information to academia, researchers and industry personnel. The library has internet connectivity so that on going researches in the field of pharmacy and medicine could be made accessible.
MPC will soon be acquiring membership from few selected foreign countries.
