A Training and Placement Cell in our college has been organized for the sparkling the career of a student as a pharmacist. Because Indian Pharma market and other allied fields, related with it, is growing beyond the thinking of a person. So we had started this new concept in our college for the future pharmacists.

The institute is trying to develop close relationships with the leading pharmaceutical companies and research organizations to provide the necessary interaction to students, at all levels.
The institute shall attempt to undertake 100 percent placement of its student through campus and off Campus recruitment though its own placement cell.

COMMITTEE OF TRAINING & PLACEMENT CELL
The objective of the professional courses like D. & B. Pharmacy is to enable a candidate to serve the society and earn his/ her livelihood from the employment he/ she is engaged in after completion of such course. The college is dedicated to develop the candidate to be a skilled pharmacist and a good citizen.

At MPC, we are focused at the aim of providing the professional training to students at various pharmaceutical organizations during the course and ensuring recruitment/ selection of the student in the reputed pharmaceutical company, after successful completion of the course. However this is our first year of Degree yet right from the beginning we are making liaisons with the industry.
Professional training is aimed at providing insight to industrial applications of theoretical aspects. During the training, students get acquainted with the GMP & GLP, special equipments, modern instruments, procedures and documents used in such units. The institute will try to place its all students in various esteemed pharmaceutical companies (like Cipla Pvt. Ltd., Glaxo, Ranbaxy, Unichem, Biochem, intas, Dr. Reddy’s, Aventis etc.) through campus interview.
